Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Hell Sucks. We are a small, dedicated team and we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items are ineligible for return:

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

Gift cards.
3. Return Shipping

Cost: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Non-Refundable: Original shipping costs from your initial order are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at h3llsucks@gmail.com with your order number. Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the return mailing address. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (typically 5–10 business days).

Fees: There are no restocking fees applied to your return.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at h3llsucks@gmail.com with photos of the damage so we can make it right immediately.
